A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Conveniently located in The Chagrin Valley, The Laurels of Chagrin Falls provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation in a caring environment. Our 82-bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life to our guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation, or extended care stays.
If you select The Laurels of Chagrin Falls as your home, we consider it an honor and a privilege to have you as part of our Laurel Family. You will receive excellent daily medical care from our nursing staff, while the remainder of our associates offer events, activities, community outing and opportunities to keep life interesting and purposeful.
We provide a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members.

Extended and long-term care stays are appropriate for individuals that require greater levels of care and support than can be provided at home or within an independent living setting. Our guests typically need assistance with their daily activities due to physical and/or cognitive limitations.
