Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Gretchen graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Marketing. Gretchen has extensive experience in the healthcare industry from marketing surgical supplies for 3M’s Surgical Division to marketing group purchasing contracts for The Greater Cleveland Hospital Association. As Director of Marketing for The Laurels of New London, she is committed to ensuring a great experience for all guests and their families. Gretchen enjoys being active with her family and is happy to be a part of the team at The Laurels.
